what do you guys think? im not trying to push 500 hp so dont come and say its crap because it doesnt handle your own hopes and dreams of a "prelude from hell" quality, looking for a decent power upgrade but nothing retardedly fast. just 290-400 hp, anything in between there is cool, that being said lets hear your comments
They suck because they're junk ebay crap. Seriously, you get what you pay for...
290-400hp is a huge variance in your goals. Assuming you actually manage to meet that goal (which I doubt), how do you plan on putting the power down in a fwd car?
read up on all the turbo threads... if you plan on buying these kits, plan on them breaking on you within a week, along with many other problems to come. honestly, just do some research and you'll see what we mean.

really bro..? look at what you just said..............lmfao
We never said anything about having jdm or Mugen (who don't even make a turbo kit for h22s btw).
You obviously asked a very general question which has been answered many times over. We even have a forum dedicated to it. Also from the question you can assertain the knowledge level of the user pretty easily.
Are you willing to dump around $8,000 on a proper turbo build, because anything less on this old of a car is asking for trouble.

This man speaks the truth. Going turbo on an old 4th gen is probably much more expensive than you ever thought it would be. $8,000 sounds about right because if you're buying parts you're going to want to buy only good quality parts. "you get what you pay for" has never been more true in any situation. if you want a truely accurate price estimate, go onto some of the popular SUCCESSFUL turbo builds and look at the parts they used to build up the motor and the parts of the turbo system itself. Make a list of which ones you would prefer to use and then go find the cheapest place to buy them from. AND DON'T FORGET TO ADD IN LABOR! Unless of course you plan on doing this yourself. Anyways, good luck on your future plans with the lude, and rememeber you can never read too much on a subject like this. Search and doo your reaseach!
