H22 head in H23 block....again

Hello again,
I've used search function but i didnt find what i wanted to know SO,

Im going to make this swap, soon,i hope,so i have few questions
H23 body is made for around 6500 rpm and when i put Vtec Head i wanna make 8000 rpm without overloading the engine. What should i change to make this engine more resistent for high rpm?
New pistons and rings, valves and retainers, camshafts+pro gears or anything else? I know H23 doesnt have "piston oilers" which h22 has, what would you recommend,to use it or not after swaped h22 in h23.
ps. i dont want to do full h22 swap...

I would highly suggest you do some more research in general. You obviously don't understand much about the swap or the capabilites of the h22 / h23 (mainly wanting the 8000k rpm limiter). That just tells vast amounts of your knowledge.

Sorry if I'm harsh but this information is decades old.

What's a h23 body? Is it a SI chasis?
