H22 or H23 injectors with H23 ECU in a JDM H22a?

I'm in the middle of the swap now and only have a Jet Performance H23A1 ECU (jetchip.com). I know VTEC won't engage and until I get the right ECU and break the engine in a little I won't even be going above 4000 RPM anyway. My question is which injectors should I use? It's a higher compression engine and is going to be run on 91octane so i'm worried about getting a possibly damaging mixture. The car also has an aftermarket intake and exhaust. Thanks for any input.

the car will run with the H23 ecu... but VTEC won't work. I suggest using the injectors that came with the JDM H22.

Use the H22 injectors in the USDM rail, make sure to clean the injectors up real good first.

h23 injectors are 240cc JDM h22 are more like 330ccc

I would use the H23 injectors or you will be running hella rich until you get an h22a ecu.

Match ecus with their injectors.

I thought H23 injectors were 290cc? 240cc is for Civics and Integras.

I would use the JDM H22a injectors with the usdm rail like red92s
said, i remember reading this on a previous posing on HP.com
outcome was it ran ok, rough idle, but it wasn't damaging, and obviously no Vtec engagment.

Just my .02 though

Ummm can someone give me a good reason to run injectors that will flow 38% more than the ecu thinks it does?

The fact that the ECU wouldn't be supplying the proper fuel program completley skipped my mind. I'd use the H23 injectors in that case (unless youll only be running the H23 ECU for a few days). How tough is it to install injectors once the motor is in?

Call me stubborn but I still don't think H23 injectors are 240cc.

Injector sizes for our cars are in the new Turbo & High Tech performance. 4th gens VTEC 345cc Si 240cc both peak and hold.

The H22 will NOT run with H23 injectors at least not with h22 ECU. I tried using Si injectors in my VTEC and I couldn't even start the car.

Anyway, you have to use h22 injectors.

I will be running an H23 ECU for awhile and it's easy to swap injectors with the engine in the car so I plan to use the H23 injectors.

Vtecprelude: I'm not running an H22 ECU and why would you even try to use SI injectors with an H22 engine/ECU? You're begging for a dangerously lean mixture that way.

I have somekind of a problem with my engine, it's running extremely lean and hesitates, even though the fuel pressure is at 40 psi. I tried swapping the injectors from Si to see if that's what was causing the problem.
