h22 clutch vs h23 clutch

so they the same? or are they any different..

i know the pressure plate sizing is different, would it mean the clutch is different as well?

as far as i know, since the only difference between the tranny's are the gearing, the clutch should be the same, just like the flywheel is the same, and the clutch disk.

i could be wrong, but i would double check things.

I think I will need to replace the clutch soon.

Is the OEM clutch good enough? I don't plan on modding the car to much, just I/H/E. The main reason is I don't want to get an aftermarket one is if and when I sell I don't want to deal with replacing that part to "stock" or lose value because it's an aftermarket clutch..or does this really matter? TIA.

OEM clutch is good enough sure, but I have stage1 organic race clutch .. much more money than OEM but it grabs so nicely .. better launches etc. not quite as smooth as oem but you wont notice much if you decide to upgrade.

If you plan on selling your car, a clutch isnt really going to make a different. If you are to worried about it just dont tell them. If you get something like an act hdss then it is just a little worse then stock, but well worth the money imo.
