H&R springs or no....

hey guys...i was if i should buy these H&R springs from this guy for $40. it'll give my car a 2 inch drop and i just don't know if i want to go through the hassle of slowing down for every little bump on the road. i was wondering if this is a big drop for a 4th gen prelude and if this is a good deal. i bought an akimoto intake from the guy today for $15 and he seems really nice. he said that the springs only have about 20k miles on them and it used to be on his son's 93 prelude until they sold it. any input about this matter would greatly help...thank you in advance...

So are you sure they are not the H&R sports? IF they are the i race ones or whatever the lower ones are colled its gonna cost you more than $40. With a drop like that you will need front and rear camber kit as well as new shocks.

What kind of response is that? NOTHING in this post said anything about springs in general or about Eibach Pro-Kits. He just asked if he should buy some H&Rs for $40. Sorry to get on your case, it just annoyed me

I think you should get them. $40 is pretty cheap for some H&R's. They're like $150 new? You're getting a better deal than I did. I paid $75 for Tanabe Precedeos and it's not low enough for me.
