Ground Control Coilovers (PIX Included)

So I got my KYB AGX and Ground Control Coilovers. How do I know which Coilver goes in the rear and which goes in the front?

there should be spring rates on them, the stiffer ones, or the ones with a higher rating should go on the front

It should say R or F... F = front R = rear.

Also, does that look correct with the setup? The Plastic rubber on top, then spring, then the sleeve, and adjustable?

In my listed pictures, does the 300 or the 400 go in the back or front? 0800.250.0400 or the 0800.250.0300? Is that the spring rate on these things?

^^^^^^^^^
They are going in today. Anyone know what the #'s stand for?

If the #'s are the spring rate, I guess I will put the 400 in front and the 300 in rear.

Nevermind, I was looking at the website, and those number stand for.
http://www.ground-control.com/?D=ad2...301f86e65198e6

Lo-inch is the free length of the spring (unloaded)
Di-inch is the inside diameter , every spring on this page is 2.50 inches inside diameter.
C-lbs./inch is the actual spring rate, expressed in pounds per linear inch.
Sc-inch is how many inches the spring can be compressed before it coil binds.
Fc-lbs is how many pounds of force it takes to compress the spring until it coil binds.
WT-lbs is actually how much the spring weighs, and has nothing to do with the stiffness.

Lo-Inch - 8
Di-Inch - 2.50
C-lbs/inch - 400/300

Thats the only i can figure out with just referencing.
