Grinding Noise when turning left...

I have a 94 Prelude SI, and recently a problem occurred when I turn left. At low speeds turning left my car makes a grinding noise. Not only does it sound bad, but it's embarrassing.

I took it to the dealership and they claimed they had fixed it, blaming it on a loose splash guard. Still happens though. Wondering if it could be anything to do with the rack and pinion or the steering pump.

Sounds like a wheel bearing. It's probably the right rear if it only grinds when turning left.

Wheel bearing or CV shaft...do a visual inspection on those. look at the boots on the CV shafts. for the wheel bearing, lift the front end of the car up and for both front wheels put your hands on 12 and 6 o'clock and try to shake it a little if it moves a lot then it might be ur wheel bearing. Um, but thats not the only way to check wheel bearing condition thats one of the easy ways.
