It'll come with all gaskets you need to replace, unless you need to replace the exhaust manifold gasket coming right off the head.

you will need to order:

1 - Exhaust Manifold Gasket $ 18.80
9 - Self-Locking Manifold Bolts $ 2.66 (each)

Both can be ordered from http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com The helms recommends changing both the gasket and the bolts whenever the manifold is removed. You need to torque bolts to spec, let the engine warm up (take her for a drive) and then once she cools back down, re-torque everything to spec. All other gaskets/hardware come with the header.

I dont consider those parts "necessary" at all, but if you feel like spending another $40, go for it.

If it aint broke, dont fix it.

You really don't need to order the 9 exhaust manifold bolts. Save yourself the money and reuse the old ones. You'll definitely want to replace the exhaust mani gasket (otherwise you may develop a rattle).

As mentioned retorque all the bolts after a nice drive.
