I had a 93 Si before my current 94 VTEC. I ordered a Greddy PE for my Si and the only thing I had to do was drill the holes outward on the flange that connects to the catalytic converter.
The Si's and VTEC's have different catalytic converters. The Si has a smaller converter, therefore the holes are in a smaller triangular pattern. I simply drilled each hole outwards with a good metal drill bit while my brother held it steady.
Take your time and test fit often you don't want to drill out too far.
That was the only modification necessary, all the hangers are in exactly the same position.
