hey i just got them today and when i look at it on the inside
it looks all scratched up n stuff
its not really smooth
looks like if you put a peice of metal on the floor and drag it its all rough
is it supposed to be like that?
it looks like it was being ported or something except it was done really badly.....
does anybody that has the greddy header have any input?
because it looks really smooth a little deeper in and just the front part is really scratched up
and also would you reccomend me to polish it myself?
to smooth it out? or would i lose flow or something?
Whoa!!! where did you buy it and how much (if you don't mind me asking..)? I've been calling Greddy for ages now and they kept on telling me that it's on backorder
my dc was like that too, i know that means nothing because dc is considered the last alternative when it comes to buying a header, but generally, it doesn't much matter, if your header was as smooth as glass, it wouldn't stay that way long.
i ordered my header about a month ago and said it was on backorder
but when it was shipped out
it was here in 3 business days
i got it from prostreet
but anyways, Joon525, did you do anything about that like smooth it out or you just put it on like that?

Is there dislike for the DC Sports header? We like Greddy that much better? I thought the only upgrade from the DC was Mugen or Custom...
Lol, no, DC is towards the bottom of the header evolutionary ladder. And btw, for the second time, it does not matter if you even go ahead and smooth out your header, nor does it matter if it came a little rough to the touch on the inside of the piping, after running it for a while, enough carbon will bond to the inside piping to make smoothing it out a waste of time. Case in point, for all of you who bought and installed an aftermarket header (just header, not headers, remember we only have 4 cylinders), didn't you remember taking a peek into the piping of your OEM manifold when you took it off?
