Greddy Header Noise

I have a greddy header installed on my 95 vtec. I am getting a loud noise when i accelerate at lower speeds. It sounds kinda like a scraping noise. Anyways i have never had the sound until i got my greddy header. I do have the bracket installed on the back of the block. I popped my hood and looked around the header to see if it was making contact with anything and i discovered that it's very close to main support bar. I'm assuming that under load because the engine flexes a little it's hitting that support bar. What should i do to fix the problem?

Had the same problem, when I installed motor mount inserts in the front to stiffen it up, it went away.

I'm not even sure if that fixed it, all I know is that after they went in the noise went away, My mechanic may have done something else that I don't know about. And yes greddy header.
