i just put mine on today. the system looks awesome and sounds just the same. i felt a decent power gain higher in the power band. the system is definitely quality work. i'll post some pictures soon.

these are a few pics of my 2-day old greddy evo exhaust on my 4th gen. i bought the exhaust from www.aieonline.com speak to adam he should be able to work out a good price for you. as for rusting, i've read some other members claim that their greddy systems were rusting prematurely. but thats a chance i'll take. so far i love the exhaust. the tone is not too loud but deep.

Illusion, I'd look at the GReddy SP too. That's what I have and I love it and so do my friends. The Evo (PE) looks too much like a grapefruit launcher to me, less classy. I also think the SP sounds way better than the Evo (PE).

Ok, so I was right all along, you CAN get the Evo for the 4th gen. A month ago no one knew the answer to this. Secondly, the Evo is only similar to the PE. It is shapped different so therefore it sounds a lot different. You can't compare these two exhuast in sound, they are different. The Evo is louder than the PE and a little less deep in tone.

Well up until the last month or whenever GReddy claimed to start selling an "Evo" for the 4th gen there has only been a PE. This has been sold for years, I can only imagine that they just decided to rebadge the exact same exhaust as the EVO.

yeah Mike ive been looking at the SP. i want a quiet exhaust. its impossible to find RS*R anymore.

but i plan on buying the SMSP header so i dont know if these aftermarket exhausts will hinder its performance.

The EVO is loud. You're not going to find an exhaust that is really quiet and has great performance. The quiet ones have restrictive mufflers. None of these exhausts should hurt SMSP header performance. For optimal performance you'd want a 2.5 inch custom system, but then it likely will be very loud. I guess you just need to weigh how much power and loudness matter to you.
