Got springs/shocks installed, and picked up headlights

I just got my KYB AGX shocks and H&R sport springs installed. I feel a big difference over stock in handling and a little smoother, but too bouncy. One problem is I have tire wear on my rear tires, I also had that tire wear problem before installing suspenion. How can I find out what the problem with it is, if its toe or camber? Can I take my car and get the tires rotated/aligned and could they tell me what the problem is?

and I also got some JDM headlight at an unbelievable price, $50.00. Its the same guy that installed my shocks and springs sold them to me.

Glad to see you got yours on! I installed my KYB's and HR's last weekend. It took me the better part of a day. Its not really hard to do by yourself but it is a PITA! As of now I set the rears to 4 and fronts to 3 and it definately hugs the road nice but a backbreaker on Minnesota roads!

Take some pics and we can compare the drop. Ill post some up soon with my crappy digi camera. Definately give it about a week to settle. The rear settled in a couple days and hope the front settles more. The front could go down another finger width.

At least you got a digital camera, Im waiting on my friend to buy one, lol. I already noticed a difference in height and I already scraped a couple of times. Oh, and my front springs were both broken when we took them out, one of them was broken in 3 pieces, so my car was somewhat dropped before changing springs.

You always need to get an alignment after changing the suspension. Wait maybe a week or two for them to settle, then get them aligned. Tire wear can be due to several thing, if its on the inner edge its probably camber, may have to get a kit.

I wouldn't even go as far as calling it a PITA. If you have done it a few times it only takes a few hours to do them all. It takes even less time if you have the right tools(air tools).

I don't like air tools very much even though they make everything easier I guess. You gotta be really careful with them.

if you had tire wear before take it to honda and get an alignment, a before/after printout will show you why your tires were wearing uneven

when i first go tmy car a couple-3 months later hte inside of both back tires was nearly balled.. wheel alignment and 2 new tires for the back and bam , away i went .. no tire wear yet even after getting my kyb/h&r sport setup.

I did notice more of a misalignment after the suspension install so I am gonna get that done here when the snow lifts ... no sense getting an alignment when its so easy to land on a curb from poor roads ...

i'll take photo's of my setup too and we can all compare the same drop ..

i didnt notice my springs drop very much if at all ... i heard that H&R are pre-settled when you get them *shrug*

Wear usually comes from your toe being out of spec. Really eats up the tire.

Then I guess I will probably go to a honda dealer and have them do an alignment.

If an alignment doesn't correct it totally, then the only other way is to purchase a camber kit.
