Well today I went out and bought a new starter cause we thought that was bad, but i guess its not cause its doing the same thing it was doing before the new starter (When I go to start up the engine I just here like sparks and thats it, nothing else not even the engine trying to crank), but tonight when i was in the car, i turned on the key so all the gauges light up then i turned on my radio, after that with the gauges and radio on i turned on my lights and everything just shut off, but some gauges still stayed on but very very dull, and the beeping noise for the key got very low, does that sound like the battery is going bad, or something else?

first thing i thought of was the battery. if not, then it could be alternator?
