if anything it would hurt. all the passing air would more than likely
pull out the air going in.

intercoolers dont need passing air, rather needs just cool air.

Get real JDM headlights ($300 +/-) and then sell your old projectors for like $100 to someone and use that money on pulleys or something.

I dunnno what you should do with 300, but i would take some time and clean that engine bay, nothin worse than a dirty engine bay.

theres nothing rice about a performance part if it works. you could have a field day with a bunch of money like that. depends on how much time you have, and what your needs are; if you want go or show. you could buy some vinyl dye, some caliper paint, cam gears, accord rear lip, you could get an egr block plate made, tons of stuff.

Get an Apex'i SAFC.

Its in your price range, and its a nice addition for any tuner. It looks great, is functional, a great conversation piece (work with me now...) and chicks dig it.

I would go with a header. It made the most difference for me in terms of smoothness and power.

My second choice would be the Apex'i SAFC, like Redline said.

That sounds like a great idea man!! Seriously, if you wanna make your car look better, or perform better for that matter, just save up, cuz 300 bucks aint gonna get you very far.
