goofy rpms

hi. i have a 93vtec lude and its normally just fine. normally it is at around 3300rpm at 70mph, however, occasionaly it acts weird and today it was at 3900rpm at 70 whcih it sometimes does... and i really wanna fix it. can someone please help me!?!?!?!? ok, thanks,

same here! when im driving about 80 mph, my rpm is at 4100

hmm... i think its supposed to be at like 3900-4000 at 80 but mine is at like 4300. anyone help?

Whe I drive at 80 my RPMs are at 4100-4200 (via VAFC). I have a pic of it if you wanna see. Right now my gauges are messed up and is showing 4500.

i know.... but im saying its not normal fro my car.... it runs 3100 at 70 and 3900 and 80. but its doin 3900 at 70 and like 4300 at 80

Yeah, that happens to me a lot also. I don't know what causes these wierd things. I thought I had a clutch problem thinking its wearing out on some spots on the clutch causing it to slip on different spots.
