A good price for shocks??

Hey guys I was wondering, I looked a shocks years ago (when I had my del sol)and I remeber them being around like $1000 for like tein's. I heard alot about KYB and I looked them up and I found this.

http://www.coximport.com/store/agx-164125

Is that a normal price?? I was thinking that they were a hell of alot more expensive. . .

1 more question. What would happen if I put the AGX shocks with stock springs. . . and lowered the car with just the shocks. Should I just wait untill I can afford springs and shocks all together? Thanks!

You can get them for $285 on ebay usually. I'd wait and get springs too because a) it'll handle a lot better and b) you don't have to tear out your suspension twice. Springs should only be another $150ish.

yah what he said ^... riding on stock springs with aftermarket shocks will feel like you're riding in a tank lol. But I dunno, for things like this, especially if you won't be doing the work yourself to install, I'd save up and make sure I get the right ones that i'd want on my car instead of just looking at it from a "money saving" point of view. Like I wish I could go back and just have waited a few more months to save up and get some koni yellows intead of my tokicos that I'm on right now.
