What exactly is the point of going 5-lug, just have the extra strength between the wheel and hub, due to the extra lug nut?

Btw, thats a good deal

For me it's a couple things.

1) I don't really like my rims, but I don't really want to own ghey-bling rims. So 5th gen are OEM and look decent.
2) I need rubber, My toyo's are pretty much shot.
3) I want a bigger rim, 16" seems good
4) My wheel bearings are all crap, this replaces all of them
5) Get basically new pads and rotors on top of all that.

like satan SRV, if i am doing this conversion it is because, my pads and rotors are shot, well only rotors right now. they are warp. i want vtec caliper, so yea 5th gen has that, else it would be NSX caliper, and leave it at that.

I would do it purely for the fact that there are far more options of aftermarket rims for the 5th gen.

Sounds like you bagged a great deal there, Joel.

Personal deal. Some dude put a pole right through the center of his trunk basically writing off the car. No cops or insurance was involved so it's still a clean title car he's just parting it out piece by piece. I made my offer and the guy must have wanted cash. I just posted on my local board if anyone's wrecked a 5th gen cause I'm looking for suspension parts.
