It isn't a CAI, its a bypass valve!

Its basically stops water getting into your engine if you drive through floods and your intake sucks some in

Well the bypass valve is AEM, the actually piping and filter is by BOMZ Racing, I have never heard of them, I'm just wondering if that CAI is any good...thanks.

Well... It will work fine. I bought a ram air intake off of ebay for
like $24 and It has worked excelent!!!!
BOMZ makes good "knockoff" products, I would get it if that is in your price range.

One thing to note. If you live in CA, do not, I repeat do not buy cheap CAI because the cheap ones are normally not CARB legal. You will get so screwed at smog time cause CA sucks. If not, the cheap ones are good.

The only reason to get an AEM or an Iceman is because they are carb exempt, intakes are one mod that i fully believe the knock offs are as good as the ones priced 3 times as much... Oh and i got a carb sticker for my checkpoint cai so AEM can eat me

try and get it w/o the bypass valve...its worthless unles u completely submerge your air filter which means it would have to come up past the turn signals...and you shouldnt be driving in that kinda weather to begin with

I had a K & N Typhoon for my 93 Accord.

Light weight undecided for 98 Base Lude.

Maybe might wait until the V2 comes out! That or i might just get the Injen CAI
