Does it slip? I don't understand if you're asking the signs so you can look for them or if you're already experiencing them. Does it take a little bit longer for the rpm's to go down after you shift? Or does it take longer than usual to go from a stop?

Mine does this, it hasn't started slipping yet though. How much longer you think I have? 116K
I'm really not sure on the lifespan on clutches. It probably depends on how rough you drive your car. If you mess around and quick shift all the time, it probably won't last long, but I doubt you do that.
I've put the last 50K on this car so who knows how long this clutch will last. I have been waiting for the excuse to come up for a nice grippy clutch and lightened flywheel with no luck thus far. . .
The distance of the pedal travel is NOT a way to tell if your clutch is going bad. This is a Hydraulic clutch and it is self adjusting. So pedal travel won't really tell you anything. The only sure fire way to tell is if the RPMS increase when accelerating but the car's forward acceleration doesn't match, our you hear the car reving and you aren't really moving. As for clutch life, that's hard to say, I just recently changed the stock clutch on a 4th gen Vtec that had 247K miles on it, and it still appeared to have plenty of life left in it.
