Going all motor

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what kinda of and level of compression i should go for, i am rebuilding my engine and while they are in there i want to put in high compression pistions, but i am sure that's not all to it, my engine is the H23A1, anyone know what i will need to purchase besides the pistions as well to make sure it's reliable and i don't blow my engine

I'd stick with something close to 11-1. IMHO when you get much higher than that, your reliability seams to go down the tank.

Ever thought about a VTEC head swap?

if you can get some custom rods and pistons with the wrist pin higher on the pistons, that'll get your R/S ratio up by about .5-.6, not much but a bit better than 1.43... and a little closer to the H22 R/S ratio with the higher displacement
