Getting started

Hello everyone! I just lost a 93 prelude si. =( so i found a 95 prelude si. =) i was looking for a vtec one but was unsuccessful. I am starting to lay out my plans for my new ride and i was wondering if you all had some advice on what to start with. the previous owner had the engine rebuilt and put a stage 4 clutch in. it has a crappy short ram that is falling apart. headers and exhaust all the way back. drilled and slotted rotors. MY PLANS: I am taking it to my shop soon to have it looked over by my mechanic to double check everything. i would like to get the rust and paint taken care of asap. i want to get the type s intake, twin loop muffler, a new throttle body, a new intake manifold, carbon fiber hood and trunk, a short shifter, engine toque dampers and mounts, and enkei edr9s. what do you guys think? what should i do?

Depending on your funds I would start with the small stuff that don't cost a lot to do before jumping into the big things. I would start with the type s intake and go with the exhaust system first, but the whole exhaust system would still cost quite a lot or if funds allow jump into the suspension and wheels.
