Gears Grinding!!!!!!!

when i was putting the gear into first when i started my car....i for sure had the clutch down and it wouldnt go in but when i finally put it in first it grinded in...im was like wtf?? and then i did it again later....like 10seconds after cause i thought i wasnt clutching but the 2nd time for sure i was....hmmm? time for a new clutch? when i clutch in it makes a clicking noise or something....but then after i got going 5mins after that grinding...it went somewhat smoothly again.....=/
if i need a new clutch...how much would that cost?

The slave cylinder itself costs ~$20 and its pretty much a DIY job if you know how to loosen and retighten 2 bolts and bleed the system.

if u search bro youll find lots of differnet reasons. i had this problem and it was tranny fluid. you have to put in honda tranny fluid(oil) or itll grind. i switched it and it was smooth. but yes it can also be your slave or master cylinder.
