I need help guys, where exactly is the fuel system relay?

Here is the problem,


1. car will turnover

2. i got spark at all the plugs

3. no fuel pressure

i need to know where the relay is so that i can test for fuel pressure. At the test bolt on the fuel rail, with the ignition turned to acc there is no pressure at that point.

Its under the dash near the steering column... Its tucked waaaay up there. It has a plug with 7 cavities and its brown and it is held in place by a small bolt....

If you want to test for voltage, look for the fuse labeled "back up" thats in the interior fuse panel. That one provides power to the relay. Its like the 4th fuse on the bottom row when counting from the back of the car to front.
