fuel pump and valve adjustment

does anyone know where the fuel pump is located? is it in the trunk or under the back seat? if it's under the back seat, how do you take out the back seat?

also, anyone have valve adjustment specs for the h23a motor?

please let me know. thanks

it's located between the backseats and the trunk, about it the middle. there is a silverish metal plate mounted there and it's under that. you can see it if you pull out the board in the trunk.

You have to remove part/all of the back seat

1. Remove the cusions. It's held down by two clips per cushion. The clips are located directly under the front part of the cushion. Locate one clip, press down on that side and pull on the clip. Do the same with the second clip. Pull out the cushion.

2. Use a 10mm rachet to remove bolts the back cushions. One per cushion

3. Remove the center piece via 4 bolts w/ 10mm racther.

4. The center piece is held down by clips. Just pull on the center piece and free it from the clips.

5. From this point, you should have a good view of the fuel pump from the interior.
