front sit

A dumb question but I have to ask it anyway.
I removed the entire back interior off my 95 prelude and the front passenger sit would not come off for some reason. Do I need to unscrew the rails to take it out or that handle which allows pushing front or back having something to do with it? Thanx is advance

To "Prelude2War" thanx man, I though that I had to take the sit out of rails and not unscrew the 4 bolts or rails themselves, shouldn't take me more then 30 min. tops
Thanx again 4 your help.
