Front right upper A-arm is rubbing....

the top part of the wheel well. Originally i had GCs in my car but i just swapped them out with neuspeed sport springs. First i must say the difference in ride quality is like night and day. I will never buy a sleeve coil over again....anyway back to the issue at hand. I have ingalls camber kits all around and i had a 4 wheel alignment done after i installed my GCs a while back. The rubbing didn't really happen when i had the GCs but now with the neuspeed springs i can hear it hit and rub on the top part of the wheel well. The alignment seems to be fine, drives straight when i let go of the steering wheel and the steering overall feels good. I already cut a piece of the wheel well lining off where the A-arm hit it and a lot of noise went away. Now i think i'm just hearing metal on metal over bigger bumps and while taking hard turns. Should i go get it realigned and see if they move the upper A-arm back a litte? I really don't feel like spending that kinda dough right now. Any advice or suggestions would be great.

thanks a mil,
gills

the prob with them for me was that the ride quality was piss poor. I don't know if it has to do with the actual length of the spring or the actual spring rate i obtained(which i don't even know) or what, but i should've listened to my local tuner shop when they told me to stay away from sleeve coilovers. They just aren't good for these Long Island roads i live on.

i have eibach sportlines and i had the same problem. I had to get alignment and cut out a little part of the plastic lining. And no more rubbing. What setting is your camber kit on?? And how much was it lowered with your GC?? Because i'm thinking if your car was lower with the GC than the neuspeed, you might have too much positive camber right now...which is causing the rubbing. I suggest getting another alignment and bring back the camber a little. I think it will fix the problem.
