Front end is lower on right then left by ~2"

The car was in an accident before I got it, but I don't know the details...

I do see tire rub marks on the right side fenderwells, so I'm guessing the problem is the passenger side. I went for a front end alignment and they wouldn;t even do it until the tilt was fixed.

Someone told me springs, another said it can be adjusted and a 3rd told me shocks.

Any idea where or how to begin?

Thanx in advance.

Take off the wheels and look for differences between the two sides.

^^^ yep!

Kind of hard for us to know what it is without seeing the car. Got any pictures? Preferably of the inside part of the wheels and the suspension components.

sounds like something in your suspension is bent. it could be your shocks, but I think 2" is too much of a difference on a blown shock.

Structural damage to the frame could contribute to this if it was hit hard enough. Could be a combo of anything listed here too.
