Folding Mirror Question

I was wondering if it is possible to wire up the mirrors so that they fold in when you arm your alarm and fold out when you disarm it? I would think it would only be a couple of wires, but then again I'm no expert at this stuff. If anyone knows if/how this can be done, could you please share? Thanks.

yes it is possible. You just have to hook one wire up. The wire that pulsses when you arm and pulses when you disarm. I beleive it was catz that had it done on his car.

I'm in no big hurry, whenever I get the info I will do it. A write up would be great, seeing as how there isn't even one FAQ'd or anything. I'm sure it won't be that hard like everybody else is saying, but I didn't install my alarm, so I just have to figure out which wire to tap.

probably no...i cannot tear apart my door and put it back together just for a write up, then tear it apart again to hook up the alarm and put it back together.

when i take the door panel off i am doing everything at once. Window kit, speakers, mirror setup

it may take 2-4 weeks before i get to this. i need to get new bumpers and the paint done first. then i can put the alarm in and do all this.
