Hey does anyone know if they make or made JDM fog lights for our 4th gen. And if so where can I get them and what do they look like.

Peace

They look just like the OEM fog lights. JDM 91-92 = white lights.
JDM 93-96 = yellow lights. Try ebay for JDMs and http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/ for OEMs.

Why would 91's be the same as 92's? Anyway the JDM's are carbon fiber or at least the ones I've seen.

I have JDM fogs on my car, supposedly from a '94. The ONLY difference is the yellow lens, which can be interchanged with the US clear lens. The bezels appear as carbon fiber, but are nothing more than semi-translucent black ABS with a corrugated edge on the backside to give it the "look" of carbon fiber. I used the clear lenses with a set of 85W PIAA Platinum Superwhite H3 bulbs, and liked the output, but have since switched to the yellow lenses and clear 100W rally bulbs. The light output is a bright yellow, similar to that of the old Lexus ES300 foglights, with a sharp cutoff and defined "projector" beam pattern. They fit so cleanly, I can't imagine using any other foglight on the 4th-gen.

In Japan, Honda released the 4th generation in 1991. The US didn't see it until 1992.
