kinda pointless to have both on...u wont even be able to tell the fogs r on with the brights on. not only that, i believe its made the way it is so that when u flash someone, the fogs turn off and the highs turn on and vice versa...i dont see what good its gonna do, but then again, thats just me.

Do you also want them to be on when the High beams are not on? Are you using aftermarket foglights or OEM? Are you using the factory wiring if they are oem? Are you using the factory relay if they are oem? All these questions are going to determine how you do it. And just in case you are wondering there is a way either way.
hah, the day after i put my fogs on and had them allllll working they went out. so i check the wiring...twice....used my spare relay.....checked the bulbs and everything. really took a whole day to do it and finally my dad comes out and goes..."hmpf, did you know your brights are on? you shouldn't be driving with those." ARGGG!!! hehehe

I have been using the paper clip switch and my fogs seem to stay on whenever the high beams are on. I believe it's illegal to have both on at the same time though.

OK here you go. What you have to do to make your oem fog lights light up when your high beams are on is to grab the high beam wire, I am not quite sure what color it is I will look it up when I get home and check my helms manual. You tap into that wire and run it to where the factory relay is. There is a blue/red wire going into the relay, that is the low beam wire for your haedlights. This is the wire that triggers the relay when you turn on your lights. All you have to do is tap the wire coming from your high beams and tap into the blue/red wire on the relay. What this will do is trigger the relay with the low or high beams on. You must make sure you diode isolate each wire that way one does not affect the other. That is it. As far as aftermarket fog lights being on when the high beams are on, the reason for this is you are not using the headlights as a trigger wire.
No you do not just attach it. If you do that both the high beam and low beam would be on at all times. Diode isolate means you attach a diode inline on each wire. A diode lets current flow only one way that way it will let the cuurent flow to the relay so it gets triggered, but wont let current flow back the other way. The relay should be under the dash next to the sterring column.
As far as making them turn on with your parking lights, it is the same scenerio except you grap the parking light wire instead of the high beam wire. The parking light wire is at the fuse box and is a red/black
