Foglight Trouble!

I have a dilema...A little while ago I hooked up JDM yellow foglights to my 94 Si. The car was already wired for them so basically all I had to do was splice up some wire for USDM switch, add a relay, and hook the connectors to the those preinstalled at the front bumper cover. The lights and switch ran just as expected..foggies only came on with correct headlight switch position, they both worked simultaneously, and the switch even lit up when depressed...After awhile, one light started to go out off and on, the connection simply wasn't secure so just recently I the light to work in a certain position and taped it like that and it worked. A couple days after that, the left one goes out completely and then a few days later I try to just take out the connectors all together and directly connect the wires and nothing works now...I love driving with these things so I would really like to get them working, any suggestions?

Take out the foglights.

Touch electrical wire to the harness on the fogs pig tails, or the wires if you cut the harness' off.

Then have a buddy touch the wires you connected to the fogs to your cars battery.

If they work, then it's your cars wires or switch in which case you can hard wire them with a fuse and button to turn on. If they don't, then it's your bulbs, fog lights, AND/OR prewired wires.

I would check the bulbs before you do anything and a better way to test if its your wires is get a multimeter and turn the fogs on check for the correct voltage(use helms to find out what it is) If you dont get the right voltage its your wires, if you do you can rule that out and start looking at the lights.
