hey, my prelude has stock foglights in it, but i cant get them to work.
i just wanted to know if there is a way to check the fuse (cause its one of this big black ones, i think) or check the light bulb without replacing it..

there is a button on the left side of the steering wheel, next to the tweeter. and when i push the fog light butto, a green light comes on just like the cruise control does, idk if that means the fuse works or w/e.. just give me some pointers.

PS. this is my first car BTW

well the fuse for the fog lights is in the kick panel fuse box on the diver side.
