Fog Light Wiring, need help!!

a few days ago, damn bastards broke into my car!!! they cut 3 alarm wires, 2 speaker wires..and my fog light relay/subharnes/etc. I got everything working except the fogs. Heres the problem i have

3 of the wires are exactly the same, Red and Yellow

Is there anyway to determine which ones is for which one? I tried playing around with different combinations, but now my driver-side headlight/high beam wont come on (It will come one with a certain combination, but before i didn't need to connect anything for it to work)

any help is appreciated, i need to fix taht headlight problem too
