I like it better that way. I find that when in the right way the steering wheel kind of blocks it so you have to lean slightly to see if the light is on.

hahha, ya i think thats why i did. i guess ill switch it over, and see how i like it. i got my switch off of ebay, after searching forever. they are such a PITA to find..
Its kinda weird seeing that switch on the tweeter panel,,,that would have been the last place i would a thought of mounting it. Is that really where its supossed to go?
well sorta... The OEM location is technically on the right side tweeter cover. If you take off the right cover, and look on the back of it, you can see the 'preforation' if you will of where you cut out the plastic for the switch
huh? No you cut out the plastic.. and it's supposed to be on the right side. That's the reason why the switch is designed the way it is, and people are putting it in upside down, cause the button is supposed to be on the outer side but since the switch is JDM, it's not on the outer side on our cars when installed. But you havce to cut out the plastic in order to get the switch in there.. the damn thing is like 4 inches deep, it's huge.

You know they used the same switch in the USDM preludes as well. All of these switched are not neccesarily JDM.
My switch is USDM and the tweeter cover is NOT the same as a stock one with the plastic cut out. There is a recessed spot for it so it sits flush with the rest of the tweeter cover.
I know what you're saying. That's not what I was talking about. I was just saying that on our pass. side there's a marking that outlines where the switch would be.
Basically I was just f-ing around and you guys took it all serious
