Fog/Driving Lights Question

Ok so I searched and I couldn't really find anything that helped me a lot, but I have a 96 BB1 and I noticed that under the front turn signals there is indents in the bumper with holes drilled through them. It's the stock front bumper, so I was wandering if they were all like this so the fog light kit from honda automotive parts was a direct fit, or if it was there for the driving lights like the SR-V had, or if it originally came with fog lights and the previous owner took them out? I looked around for pics of the OEM Honda fog light kit to try to figure it out but I couldn't find any, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

1. all 4th gen bumpers come like this

2. you can buy factory fogs and they will fit inside (jdm / usdm same except color sometimes)

3. you already have the wiring for them but you will need a switch. want a switch, expect 150 bux for a real one.

4. owner couldn't have taken them out because you would have a switch in your car

5. the fogs need shrouds as well, expect some decent ones for $150

edit:

i searched and i came up with 2 pages worth of stuff. i read thru some of it and it would have answered your questions.
