Flywheel woes...

I posted this on another board hoping that I could get some uselful info and didn't get much response.
I need some help or advice on this issue. I bought a Clutch Masters flywheel and the shop that is working on my car is saying that the alignment hole is not lining up with the alignment pin on the crankshaft so they thought I had a bad manufactured flywheel. Well I sent it back to NOPI and ordered another one. I called Clutch Masters directly and they said that some crankshafts don't line up and all that needs to be done is to remove the pin. So I called the shop back and they said that it was up to me, but they seriously didn't reccomend this and that I would have NO Warranty from them whatsoever. They said that my timing will be off, etc. even though CM said that it will not matter whether the pin is there as long as the bolts line up. Who should I believe? Should I just order another one from a different company? Should I just have the shop knock the pin off and pray that everything is fine?? I'm feeling screwed right now and my poor car is sitting in a shop trannyless waiting to come home. Please Help, someone has got to have installed a flywheel in a 4th gen. Any advice welcome.

Well, ACT doesn't make flywheels anymore and Fidanza makes Clutch Masters. The only one I haven't looked into is Exedy. Do you know where I can get one online for a good price? I'm so frustrated right now I think I may just get my stock f/w resurfaced and put the $$ towards a carbon fiber hood.

Thanks
