Has anyone put a Fluidyne 5th gen radiator in a 4th gen VTEC before and what modifications did you have to do if any. I have the Koyo Aluminum one right now but its leaking like crazy, so I'm thinking the Fluidyne might be a better choice.
Its leaking right from the front of it, there is a big gash in it. Not sure where it came from.
Is it possible to fix a leak comming from the fins in the front. This thing is so easy to mess up, because its aluminum. if it touchs anything all the fins bend.
There's a guy here who was or still is selling a Fluidyne that he had patched after it was damaged, check the Personal Classifieds back to the 2nd page and see if you can track him down.
... lol, nevermind, I just searched, his name is NtPrelude, here's one of his FS threads with a pic of that Fluidyne
too bad no application for h23's.......i remember someone putting in a vtec radiator in their si because he had one available but couldn't mount the fans but it fit.......
btw koyo is the only aftermarket radiator for h23's right? (sorry to jack the thread a bit)

I have a CSF 2 row, its like well over 2 times the thickness of the stock radiator..
all metal copper/brass.. I don't see what the big deal about aluminum is? its lighter, but copper transmits heat better anyways, hell any of you computer geeks know that when it comes to CPU heatsinks
how much was said radiator? btw garn......my megan header has been working great (since you are like the only other person who likes it)
my radiator was like $110 shipped or somethin along those lines.. its a pretty nice unit, even though I am actually using an Accord one b/c its cheaper, but I didnt know you have to get an accord fan, which just eliminated the cheapness! the Si radiator is like $30 more, still a good deal though..
If I was shopping for a header again, I would go megan for sure.. i know their warranty is solid because I used it! and for the money you cant beat it.. oh and guess what, I found out the flanges are actually stainless steel! I went to get the opening enlarged at a muffler shop with a torch, and it wouldnt touch it.. torches don't work to well on stainless.. and it was ss alright..
