I saw something totally flipped out and got me thinking!

Everyone tells me that the biggest wheels you can put on a honda are 18s. Well I saw the strangest thing that looked really really really really really clean! I saw a 99 Honda Accord that they raised up, put 20s on it and added a body kit so it looked like it was dropped. it looked really good. Any one seen this or done this? do you think it would loook good on a lude?
