No...it's not going to fit without retarded looking stretched tires. 7.5" or 8" are the widest wheels that will fit easily, depending on their offset.

I really doubt that we can fit a 9.5 on our cars without some serious fab.. I have had a 17x 9 with a plus 40 offset on my car and the wheel stuck out from the fender like an inch...
