First ticket after 8yrs if having my 92lude!!

Finally got my first ticket after having my car for 8 years!! Been pulled over plenty of times. I've only gotten warnings till now!! A huntington beach cop pulled me over for my razo headlights and modified suspension... He actually had me pop my hood! The guy was looking for something to nail me on... Even though i have a h22a jdm swap the only thing he commented on was my short ram! Lol!! Gave me a warning on that... He took way too long with my info so i knew he was gonna write me up for something! He finaly gave me a warning for my car being lowered. (~1.5in. With H&R springs) but gave me a fix it for my razos!! Lol!!! Sooo epic!! My a$$ got lucky!!!

Why did he hassle you about your headlights? too bright? And since when is it illegal to be lowered (I have heard that if you are lowered in Canada you cannot get insurance)?

Lol!! I have razo hyper-whites as a replavement for my stock h4 bulbs. They have a slight blue tint. Cops like to say that any aftermaket mod to your car is illegal... Your car has to be a certain height from the ground. This cop said that hondas come off the line at the minimum height so any lowering would put it at an illegal height(BS!). I'm planning on putting in hids soon. Just gotta get this fix it taken care of. The cop was actually pretty kool. Surprisingly for a bike cop he wasn't a d!ck!!

California sucks.

Cars are supposed to be a certain height from the pavement to the bumper or something, did he actually measure that or just kinda eyeballed it?

Funny I just got pulled over by a chp and got a warning for being lowered. The law states from the middle of your headlight to the ground has to be atleast 22".
