Firewall...

Ok, Iam trying to run a wire through the firewall to get into my interior. I know that you have to remove the fusebox to get to where the hole is, but how do you remove the fusebox, and then get the wire through to get to the interior? Any instruction will be appreciated. Thanks
Lance

I think there is one or two 10 mm bolts and a few little tabs you press to get the fuse box off (you shouldnt need to disconnect all the wires). Once it's out of the way, you can see the fat gromett in the firewall. Use a un-bent coathanger with your wire taped to the end to fish your wire into the cabin.

yup he's right two 10mm bolts to remove then the whole unity slides up and out. the grommet pops off and depending on what kinda wire you are running though there

ex? amp power line..just keep pushing it thrhtough the whole and you see it pop out from under your dash

ex? smaller 8 gauge wire, use the coat hanger or tape a weight to the end of it and once you shove it through the hole it will fall into the passenger comparment

my bad I just checked it out it's only one bolt right in front, then you gotta take the cover off and apply pressure to the two tabs at the back of the box by the firewall and the whole unit will slide straight up and out, might take some slight force if you have never removed it
