Finally got my 95 lowered on H&R sport

Geez, I feel kinda stupid now after having those H&R's sitting in my trunk for at least three years. Today, I finally took my baby in to a shop and had the deed done. Now, first of all I have upgraded my wheels and tires with 17" 5zigen Inperio Mo5 and 215-45-17 tires which look great. But, now it is lowered just perfect, all equal, rides great and with original struts. No need for adding an alignment kit. My shop checked everything and charged me only $160. I can't wait to show up at Ludefestwest 2003 and not look like an old geek. Damn. Photos later.

These things are perfecto. No banging, just nice riding. Its firm, sure, but not hard. Handling is much sharper. I have 17X7 rims with a 43mm offset with 215- 45 tires and they are tucked perfect. Could even have 42mm offset easy. The only problem is getting a good entry exit motion. The Lude is low but with 17 inch rims I've got no nose scraping on dirveways or the like. I've got photos on the way but plan on being at ludefestwest2003 to show off.

Mike; you'll still be an old geek, but your car will look good. I kid. Glad to see you finally got it done. By the way, I've got 40 offset rims and they're ok with the same drop. Check out my sig pic. Yes, I am excited.

Man I love that baby more now than ever. It scared Porsches, audis and who knows all before being lowered, so who knows what now. I can't wait to see how it rides at 100-110mph.

It's REALLY smooth around 80MPH, then gets a bit rough up to 100, but then it's pretty smooth up to 130.
