Finally got me a set: JDM One-Piecers!!!

Finally, found a good deal on a set of black housing JDM One-Piece headlights shown here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWN%3AIT

Dude, just listed the auction like 3 hours ago, and I found it. Other sets usually go for $280+. So, I hopped on this deal.

Also, got an uberdata P28 coming and another tuning session as soon as that comes in. Tax is good to me...haha

Yeah, I hope it comes with harnesses. I just emailed him. If it don't come with harnesses, I can get some form suvlights.com. Ordered bulbs too. Koito White Beams (koito makes some stock bulbs).

I got me the suvlights.com harness that converts 9006/9005 to H4. It connects directly to the battery through relays and supposed to make the headlights even brighter. So, we'll see how that goes. Also, bought supplied to restore the headlights before they go on. There's a few scuffs/scratches that need to be taken care of from the pix.

the 9000 series blubs are not as good as the h4s or h3s I would rather run them if I was you -- they are the closest thing you will find to HIDs without the cost....

Got the lights today. Man, he shipped them extremely fast. They came in 'decent' shape. There were quite a few scratches and scuffs but I was prepared for that. I used the Prelude FAQ JDM Headlight Restoration how-to and they came out looking great. Only 2 scratches I didn't get rid off. Probably could have if I sanded more, but my arms were dead tired.

No before pic, I got right to work on them when I saw the boxes at home.

After restoration:

Now, just awaiting my X-pel headlight protection, my bulb harness, and my Koito bulbs and then they are going in.

http://xpel.com/

It's like precut 3M stonegard for your headlights. Protects them.
