i know there is a bit of cutting that needs to be done..(and how did you cut it without making it look like ****.lol)
but also do like the holes match up or anything?

Pretty damn simple actually just measure 2x and cut once... get yourself some nuts and bolts and just make it work.
Good news is its cheap if you screw it up to get another set.
I screwed up my rear driver side mud flap, would like to get another one some day.

Yea I only remember 2-3 around USF back in the day, but as they're cheaper now on the used car market, I'd imagine they're gonna start flooding college campuses by now.

Absolutely! Almost got my father/my project corvette outta the garage which means 2010 is the year of the Prelude! Gonna get the bumpers/fenders corrected when I get it painted.
I'm just scared ****less to do all I want to do to this car without adequate insurance coverage. Its a lotta money to put into it for it to potentially get in an accident or stolen, no insurance company that I have found will cover all the money I would put into it until its 25 years old, or older...

The rear wasn't necessary, but it looks nicer with it.
The front WAS necessary. After the 5 lug conversion, you've gotta put put a few washers under the axle nut in order to get everything nice and tight. Doing this though pushes the axle nut THROUGH the center of the wheel. And you can't get the center cap on. I'm sure a 5 or 10mm spacer would have done the trick, but I wanted a somewhat flush look, so 15mm spacer fit the bill.. Honestly I may go for 20 or 25mm spacer in the rear some day in the future.
(just to go for a more flush look)
Just be prepared to swap out your studs for longer ones
