You know how 4th Gens turn at very high rpm's even when cruising on fifth gear?

Does anyone make lower axle gear ratios for the fifth gear so it will not be at those sky-high rpms?

some engines are more efficient at higher RPM's. I know it sounds crazy, but Im sure honda made it that way for a reason. Maybe a smoother transition from 5th to 4th and such...

If you are seriously worried about it, you could swap out 5th gear from an S model tranny and use that. I have the S tranny now and I turn 2400RPM at 60mph with my H22A. I cant get (when my engine is tuned up) 430 miles to a tank of gas.

I dunno, just some thoughts....

yea ludes suck at high rpms take the speed and times it by 50 and thats my\ur rpms i have a Si and that is in 5th gear
for example 80mph x 50=4000 rpms
60mph x 50=3000 rpms

and is pretty acurate
