field vtec controller help

Hey,
I just got a used field vtec controller with no manual. Any installation help? Also i have heard that -4% settings up to vtec while pushing vtec crossover to about 4800rpm is pretty optimal settings without access to a dyno yet. I have a 93 vtec with i/h/e anyhelp with settings that seem to do well and installation would be great.
thanks

I don't mean to come across as a dick but, if you do a search you'll find a lot of answers, this question had been asked recently and a lot. sorry I can't help. Also, I didn't check but maybe FAQ's?

well first off your gonna need a manual, you can just clip wires and install it. next 4800 is way too low, i run 5400 daily but i do turn it down to 5100 for auto-x's just to eliminate my big surge of power at 5400. also i run 0% at 1k, and -2 all the way to vtec, then i run 0% until 8k.
