factory seat with harness slots

I remember seeing a write up somewhere that shows you how to install the racing seat harness in the factory seats. But now i can't find it; does anyone know?
I like the way my factory seats feel and I think the racing seats are too firm for me. I check some of the racing seats websites and they sell the harness slots but i'm thinking the factory seats head rest part may be too thick. I think the write showed that you trace the inside of your harness slot on the seat and cut that section out. Then you install the slots with RVT that way they will stay in and you tie around it to keep it smushed in until evetything dries, then remove the zip ties and your done.

hmm if you like the seats (and i do, they are great for road with some spirited driving) but if you actually need them for racing i would seriously think about getting real "racing" seats

i mean i personally thought the seat was capable at the track but i was slipping out of it and the fact our seatbelts don't lock so i was pushing against the steering wheel under hard braking...........harnesses would help greatly but i wouldn't trust myself cutting up these nice stock seats......

i would be mainly concerned with harness points after you cut these holes.......i dunno if there is a good point on the seat or around the back area (unless you rip out backseat and bolt down there) but good luck
