factory phone antenna removal

already searched (nothing came up) and was wondering if anyone knew how to remove the factory phone antenna from the windshield. looks like it's on there with some kind of adhesive, and i asked honda about it, but they didn't wanna do anything bc they were worried about cracking the glass or some other bs. i was thinking a hair dryer and a plastic scraper maybe? thanks.

here's a pic, #23
