you need to swap the prelude motor harness over and run 2 wires from the vtec pressure switch and the vtec solenoid to the ecu

I tried that already. The motor runs rough and stalls out alot. I get error codes for the MAP and TPS.

obd1. The f22a1 harness had to be modifed to run the f22b1. It was modded before I had it so I have no idea what was done. I assumed that since it ran the motor then all I had to do was get the f22b1 ecu, run the vtec wiring and bam, it would work..... I was wrong. From reading the helms manuals, I do know that the egr, map, and tps sensors are wired differently on the accord. The map is stand alone on the accord but on the prelude its wired into the tps and egr. If I had some electrical know how I would attempt to plug them in myself but i dont haha

Was there a sohc vtec motor in 92-96 preludes? If so, I could use the harness and ecu out of that.

is the knock sensor wired up? that may cause it. the egr not being hooked up definitely will cause it to run funny.

I have the prelude S model and the motor is from a 95 accord ex. The helms manual states that there arent knock sensors on either one. I guess manually wiring the map, tps, and egr is my only option..... but I dont wanna have to do it for the entire wiring harness too...

i assumed it had a knock sensor....interesting....

it may run on your non-vtec ecu if you just need something to drive. try wiring up the sensors you listed. it wont be fun, but if it works - you will be glad
